After practicing law for nearly 30 years, I established Square One Elder and Health Advocacy to reduce the impact caregiving and health care crises have on people’s lives and careers and promote workplace productivity by educating people about caregiving, aging and health care. The information I deliver is concise, relevant and practical. I tailor my presentation for each audience and provide a customized “Tools, Information and Resources” handout. I have spoken to professional organizations and community groups on topics including “Extending Elders’ Independence” and “Health Advocacy for Elders Affected by Substance Abuse and Addiction,” in addition to those listed above.
My goal for every presentation is to engage attendees, then give them tools they can use immediately in their lives and work. Please contact me to discuss how I can do that for your group. Presentations are also available as classes or workshops.
I am a Board Certified Patient Advocate and have a Certificate in Patient Advocacy from UCLA Extension.
